Each location is priced separately at ~$299/month since each requires unique configuration (different hours, menus, policies). However, restaurant groups with 3+ locations receive volume discounts. Setup fees are also reduced for multi-location deployments since much of the configuration is reusable.

Are there any usage limits or overage charges?

No. Monthly pricing is truly unlimitedβ€”no caps on call volume, call duration, or SMS messages. Whether you receive 100 or 1,000 calls per month, the fee remains $299. This eliminates budget uncertainty during busy seasons or promotional periods.

What happens if I need to pause service temporarily?

After the initial 3-month term, you can pause service for seasonal closures or renovations. Paused accounts pay a reduced maintenance fee of $50/month to preserve configuration and phone number routing. Reactivation is instant with no re-setup charges.

How does billing work?

Setup fee is due at contract signing. Monthly service begins when you go live and bills on the same day each month. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and can accommodate net-30 terms for established restaurant groups. Invoices are sent 7 days before each billing cycle.

What's not included in the monthly fee?

Very few additions: (1) Call recording adds ~$25/month if enabled (optional). (2) Integration with certain reservation systems may incur platform API fees (paid directly to them, not Implenta). (3) Custom development for unique workflows is quoted separately. 99% of restaurants need no additional services.
